  For those looking for an easy to assemble, affordable alternative to more expensive terrain there is the 28mm Modular Office Building (item# B012). When assembled, it stands 10" tall, 9.25" wide and 9.25" deep.
  The model kit includes 3 levels worth of wall sections, floor and roof pieces, 2 doors (1 double faux glass door with frame and a roof topper access door), and a 11.5x11.5" birch wood base.

  You can now increase the height of both modular office buildings with these 2-floor expansion packs.

The model kit can stand alone or can be placed on top of the Square Modular Office Building (B012). The stair case is removable.
